Return and Refund Policy
All returns must be submitted in their original condition within 15 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We must advise you to obtain a receipt from your choice of shipping company. For received damaged items we must receive photographic evidence by email to a2zathome@yahoo.com so we can initiate the return. Exchanges can be given once we receive the returned item & refund on receipt of the item will take up to 3 working days.
